ReplyDeleteIf the mayor and city council and state reps and senators are serious about handgun violence they should pass new laws that enact a minimum 10 year sentence that cannot be plea bargained down.
ReplyDeleteFlorida's laws have it so that if someone commits a robbery or assault with a firarm - it's 10 years no way around it, no plea bargaining, no time off for "good behavior" - now that's serious.
